The technicians were on time and very professional. They did a great job and cleaned the barbecue. They also explained very well what needed to be done to repair some other parts.

Total Grill & Outdoor Kitchen Service

Local & Loving It!

Premium Brands & Customization Options

Big box stores often carry mass-market brands. We offer top-tier, performance-driven grills and components, plus the ability to custom design your outdoor kitchen. You get something tailored to your lifestyle—not a one-size-fits-all solution.

Local Installation & White-Glove Delivery

We don't just drop a box at your doorstep. We offer professional installation, gas hookup, and a local team to handle every detail—no subcontractors, no surprises.

Ongoing Support & Service

Need parts, repairs, or advice months (or years) down the road? We're right here in South Florida. Our customers get real support from real people, not an 800 number or AI.

Support a Local Business

When you shop with us, you're supporting a locally owned and operated business that reinvests in the community—not a national chain.

Make Your Showroom or Contact Request More Productive

Palm Beach Grill Center's Boca Raton and Delray Beach showrooms give South Florida homeowners a place to compare grills and outdoor-kitchen equipment in person. A useful visit is not limited to choosing a brand. It can clarify the size of grill you need, whether propane or natural gas fits the property, which appliances belong in the plan, and what field information must be confirmed before ordering.

Call ahead when you want to see a specific model or discuss a detailed project. Showroom displays and product availability change. A quick call can identify the most appropriate location and the information to bring. If you are replacing a built-in grill, the complete model number, fuel, cutout, flange, utilities, vents, countertop, and access doors all matter.

For a new grill

Share patio dimensions, delivery access, propane or natural gas, normal household size, entertaining needs, preferred cooking methods, and budget range.

For a built-in replacement

Share model and serial labels, cutout width, depth and height, flange overlap, fuel, vents, utilities, countertop edges, and wide and close photographs.

For an outdoor kitchen

Share a rough site plan, doors, windows, roof lines, pool or screen locations, utility information, appliance priorities, timeline, and who else is involved.

Questions That Lead to Better Recommendations

  • How many people do you cook for most weeks?
  • Which foods and cooking methods matter most?
  • Will the appliance use propane or natural gas?
  • Is the space uncovered, roofed, screened, or coastal?
  • What are the exact patio or cutout dimensions?
  • Does delivery involve gates, stairs, elevators, or tight turns?
  • Which features are essential and which are optional?
  • Who will handle utilities and installation?
  • When do you realistically want the space ready?
  • What maintenance level are you comfortable with?

Prepare the Site Information Before Ordering

A freestanding grill needs enough room for the lid, shelves, safe clearances, circulation, fuel access, and a stable heat-tolerant surface. A built-in grill adds cutout dimensions, ventilation, support, liner requirements, gas and electrical locations, drainage, and a way to remove the appliance later. A complete kitchen also needs a coordinated workflow for preparation, cooking, cold storage, cleanup, serving, and seating.

Measurements copied from a similar model or an old sales page are not reliable enough for fabrication. Use the current installation documents for the exact model and verify field conditions. Outdoor-kitchen cabinetry and countertops should not be finalized around a generic width. Small differences in depth, flange, rear clearance, or utility location can create expensive changes.

South Florida Conditions Belong in the Decision

Humidity, salt air, rain, irrigation, sun, grease, and year-round use affect outdoor equipment. Materials, fasteners, welds, drainage, cabinet ventilation, electrical protection, cleaning access, and appliance placement all influence long-term condition. Stainless steel still needs appropriate care, especially near the coast.

Keep irrigation away from appliances, prevent water from collecting in cabinets, clean grease systems before they overflow, and inspect burners, hoses, igniters, fasteners, and seals. Allow damp equipment to dry before covering it. Keep model, serial, warranty, and service records before labels become difficult to read.

A Clear Path from Question to Delivery

1. Define the job

Decide whether you are replacing one appliance, furnishing a patio, or planning a complete outdoor kitchen. Separate must-have functions from optional upgrades.

2. Verify the site

Confirm measurements, fuel, electrical needs, ventilation, clearances, delivery access, and the condition of any existing island or utility connections.

3. Compare the right options

Judge cooking area, heat system, materials, serviceability, warranty, accessory fit, and total installed value—not just the headline price.

4. Confirm the scope

Before ordering, make sure the quote identifies products, finishes, responsibilities, delivery, installation assumptions, and any work handled by other trades.

5. Prepare for delivery

Clear access, protect nearby finishes, confirm utilities and cutouts, and keep model and warranty information with your home records.

6. Maintain the investment

Use appropriate cleaners, empty grease systems, inspect burners and hoses, address corrosion early, and schedule service when flame or ignition changes.

Before You Approve a Product or Project Quote

A useful quote should make it easy to understand what you are buying and what still needs to happen before the equipment can be used. Match every line to a complete manufacturer model number, fuel type, finish, and quantity. If a product is described only by a broad family name, ask for the exact configuration. Confirm whether accessories shown in a photograph are included or sold separately.

Separate the appliance cost from delivery, assembly, installation, removal of old equipment, utility work, cabinetry, countertops, permits, and repair of surrounding finishes. Those responsibilities vary by job. A freestanding grill on an open patio is different from a heavy built-in appliance that must pass through narrow access and fit an existing stone island. A complete outdoor kitchen may involve several trades whose work must be sequenced correctly.

Quote detailWhat good documentation answers
ProductsExact model, fuel, finish, quantity, included parts and optional accessories
Site assumptionsVerified dimensions, access, utilities, ventilation, clearances and surface conditions
ResponsibilitiesWho delivers, assembles, installs, connects utilities, removes debris and tests operation
ScheduleProduct availability, estimated sequence, dependencies and conditions that may change timing
ProtectionWarranty terms, return or cancellation rules, inspection process and documentation for damage

Review current installation instructions before fabrication or utility work. Manufacturer specifications can change, and dimensions copied from an old website, advertisement, or similar model are not a safe substitute. Field measurements should be verified by the appropriate person before a custom opening or countertop is cut.

Finally, keep the proposal, model and serial numbers, manuals, receipts, warranty registration, photographs, and contractor information together. Good records make maintenance, parts research, insurance questions, and future replacement much easier. If something on the quote is unclear, resolve it before ordering. A short clarification at the beginning is far less expensive than correcting a fuel, fit, access, or scope problem after equipment arrives.
