When you purchase a gift card the amount will be credited to the desired account which you set up at checkout. Your account is the billing address, the recipient’s account is to be entered into the shipping address fields.
Then we grant both accounts access to our client hub where you can request service, or you can go straight to our shop and purchase products. The gift card credit will be waiting for the recipient and there is no expiration date.
